Running the Installer

To install the CHPS extenstion on your PC please do the following:

1.Double-click on the CHPS.msi

2.The ‘Welcome to the CHPS Setup Wizard’ launches

3.Select ‘Next’ to start the installation

4.The ‘Select installation Folder’ dialogue opens, by default the software will be installed in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Geographic Business Solutions\CHPS\

NB: It is advised to install the software in the default location

5.It is advisable to install CHPS for everyone who uses the computer

6.Select ‘Next’

7.The ‘License Agreement’ dialogue opens; please take time to read the license agreement. If you agree to the terms select ‘I Agree’ and click ‘Next’

8.The  ‘Confirm Installation’ dialogue opens, select ‘Next’ as you are now ready to begin installation

9.While the installer runs a progress bar shows you how far through the installation you are, this is usually no more than 5 minutes depending on your PC’s spec

10.When the installation is complete the ‘Installation complete’ dialogue opens. Click ‘Close’ to exit the installation wizard.
