CHPS was developed by GBS and is also marketed by GBS.

GBS was established on 1st July 2002 when two independent GIS consultants decided to capitalise on each other's strengths by forming a business partnership. This decision has paid off for directors Harley Prowse and Tony Elson with GBS now a thriving business, growing year on year.

Geographic Business Solutions (GBS) offers Geographic Information System (GIS) consulting services. We can assist with strategic GIS consulting as well as application development (desktop, web and mobile). We offer services primarily based on the ESRI GIS software. GBS is an ESRI Gold Partner.
