TheInterfaceToolBarCreateManualProfile

You can create a Profile manually by selecting the 'Create Manual Profiles' tool, then clicking on the map to create your Yarder location and then clicking on the map to create your Tailhold position. Once you have defined the first Tailhold and click again it will generate another Tailhold location and Profile for the active Yarder.

If there is no active Yarder, the first click on the map will always create a new Yarder.

To create Manual Profiles for a new Yarder;

1.Select the Create Manual Profiles tool, ensure there are no active Yarders

2.Click on the map the location where you want your Yarder

3.Click on the map where you want to place the Tailhold

4.While the Yarder is active you can create more Profiles for it by identifying Tailhold locations by clicking on the map.

To create Manual Profiles for an existing Yarder;

1.Use the CHPS select tool or the tree view to select the Yarder you wish to add additional Profiles to.

2.Select the Create Manual Profiles tool.

3.Click on the map where you want to place the Tailhold

4.While the Yarder is active you can create more Profiles for it by identifying Tailhold locations by clicking on the map.

3.Set Yarder Terrain Elevation Manually. This only works when there is no elevation data available near the location of the Yarder.

4.Set Terrain Elevation Manually. This only works when there is no elevation data available near the location of the Tailhold.
