You can however alter the default Cables associated with the selected Yarder as part of the configuration file if you need to.
You can enter figures in the white text boxes.

This section is used to manage the machinery in your database
The description below applies to the Yarder, Carriage and Cable options
Add <machinery type> |
Select the Add <machinery type> that you would like to create, a new dialogue will open to enable you to create the new machinery type. When you have entered the appropriate information in all the fields select 'Save'. The new type is now available to use in CHPS. You can base your new type on one of the existing machines in the database already. For example, if you had a machine that was modified, you could base it on the original machine, then change the values to account for the modifications, and save it for use within CHPS. It is important to note that this is saving the new machinery type to your database. If you are using SQL Compact this is stored on your local machine, if you are using SQL Express or Enterprise this machine may be available to all other CHPS users in your organisation
|
||
Remove <machinery type> |
Select the Remove <machinery type> option, this opens a new Remove dialogue. In the Remove dialogue a list of all available items is populated, to remove one, select it and select 'Remove' It is important to note that this is removing the machinery type from your database. If you are using SQL Compact this is stored on your local machine, if you are using SQL Express or Enterprise this will remove the type so no CHPS users in your organisation will be able to use it.
